Business Development & Odoo Intern (Freshers – Sales + Python ERP)

We’re looking for energetic and tech-savvy freshers who are eager to kickstart their career in ERP Sales and Functional Consulting.

As a Business Development & Odoo Intern, you will be the frontline ambassador connecting with clients across India and GCC (Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia) — understanding their needs, giving product demos, and helping close deals.

Alongside sales activities, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to Odoo ERP, learning to configure and customize modules using Python under expert guidance.

This is not a routine desk internship — it’s a real-world learning experience where you’ll handle calls, meet clients, and understand how technology drives businesses. 


💼 Key Responsibilities

🧭 Business Development & Sales (Primary Focus)

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients in India and GCC to introduce Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads, fix appointments, and follow up consistently to convert leads into customers.
  • Deliver professional online & onsite product demos of Odoo ERP modules 
  • Visit local businesses in Bengaluru to showcase Odoo-based ERP solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare proposals / quotations in coordination with the technical team.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets under direct mentorship.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and clear communication.


💻 Odoo Functional & Technical Learning (Secondary)

  • Learn the functional flow of Odoo ERP modules – CRM, Sales, POS, Inventory, Purchase, Accounts, and more.
  • Understand client-specific customization needs and coordinate with the development team.
  • Gain hands-on experience in Python-based Odoo module customization under supervision.
  • Support implementation and testing activities during live projects.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • Fresh Graduates (B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA) – preferably with Python programming knowledge.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Confident in cold calling, pitching, and client conversations.
  • Strong interest in sales, ERP systems, and technology.
  • Smart, organized, and proactive personality with a learning mindset.
  • Willingness to travel locally in Bengaluru for demos and client visits.
