Eligibility Criteria

- BE / BTech / ME / MTech – Mechanical & related branches

- 2023 / 2024 / 2025 / 2026 pass-outs

- Minimum 50% aggregate

-Strong interest in the CAE / FEA Domain

- Willingness to relocate based on project requirements

- Knowledge of industry-standard CAE pre-processing software (e.g., HyperMesh) will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

The Innovation Behind Our Product

Selected candidates will undergo a structured 4-month onboarding program focused on CAE/CFD tools, real-time engineering applications, and OEM-level workflows.


During this phase, candidates will:

- Learn industry-standard CAE/FEA tools

- Work on real automotive components

- Follow OEM engineering and validation practices

- Prepare for client-specific technical requirements


Post training, candidates will go through:

1. Internal technical assessment 

2. Tool-based evaluation aligned with client standards 

3. OEM client technical test (conducted at R&D level) 

Upon successfully clearing the client tool test:

- Candidates will be deployed to live OEM R&D projects 

- Employment will be under the payroll of our MNC client partners
